危险废物综合利用存在的主要问题及对策研究

摘要

随着我国经济社会的高速稳步发展,危险废物产生量和综合利用量也随之逐年快速增长.危险废物占固体废物的比重虽然不大,但是其环境影响却很大,综合利用不当会造成严重的“二次污染”.文章分析了我国危险废物综合利用过程中存在的主要问题,尤其是相关管理政策存在的问题,并提出了几点建议,以期对推进危险废物综合利用产业健康有序发展提供借鉴.%With the rapid and steady economic and social development in China, the amount of hazardous wastes generation and comprehensive utilization has highly increased year by year. Although the proportion of hazardous wastes to the solid wastes is not high, the environmental impact of hazardous wastes is great, and improper comprehensive utilization will cause serious "secondary pollution". In this paper, the main problems existing in the hazardous wastes comprehensive utilization in China are analyzed, particularly in the management policy, and some suggestions are also proposed, providing reference for healthy and orderly development of hazardous wastes comprehensive utilization industry.
