随着城市经济的增长,人们生活水平的提高,城市环境也受到了严重的破坏.近些年来,区域环境事件层出不穷,城市环境问题越来越受到社会各界的关注.对城市环境价值进行评价,可以反映城市环境管理的公众参与度,有利于生态文明城市的建设.文章运用条件价值评估法(CVM)对中国各大城市进行了支付意愿的计算,量化并对比分析了各大城市居民的环境支付意愿,最后给出了城市环境管理中公众参与的一些建议.%With the growth of urban economy, people's living standards have been improved. At the same time, urban environment has also been damaged seriously. In the recent years, regional environmental events have been endless, and the issue of urban environment has become the increasing concerns of all sectors of the society. Urban environmental value evaluation may reflect the degree of public participation in urban environmental management, in favor of ecological civilization city construction. In this paper, Conditional Valuation Method (CVM) is used to calculate the willingness to pay (WTP) for the major cities in China, quantify and compare the WTP of the residents of the major cities. Finally, some suggestions of public participation in urban environmental management are proposed.
