浅析工业污染源产排污系数存在的问题

摘要

Aiming at the problems occurred during the First National Census of Pollution Sources in 2007,the submission,collection and formwork examination of Dynamic update survey data in pollution source census in 2009 and 2010,the deviations in practice work from some industry coefficients in the Discharge Coefficients Handbook of the First National Census of Pollution Sources in 2007 and revised edition in 2010 were analyzed,and then some revision advices were suggested.%根据2007年开始的第一次全国污染源普查、2009年和2010年进行的污染源普查数据动态更新调查填报、汇总、模板审核实际遇到的问题,对2007版第一次全国污染源普查工业污染源产排污系数手册及2010年修正版手册中的某些行业系数,在填报和审核中遇到的与实际产生偏差现象进行了分析,并提出了修改意见。
