中美储罐呼吸排放量计算方法对比

摘要

The calculation methods for breathing emissions from several common tanks used in China and US are discussed. The Chinese standard SH/T 3002-2000 "Design guideline for energy conservation of petroleum depots" and the US TANK 4.0,9 model are used to calculate the 'large11 and "small" breathing emissions from domed fixed roof tanks and internal floating roof tanks. The calculation methods in China and US are analyzed and compared with each other, and the direction for improvement of tank breathing emission calculation method in China is proposed.%论述了我国和美国几种常见储罐的呼吸排放量计算方法,应用SH/T3002-2000《石油库节能设计导则》和美国TANK4.0.9模型对拱顶罐和内浮顶油罐的“大呼吸”和“小呼吸”排放量进行实例计算,具体分析了我国和美国在储罐呼吸排放量计算方法上的异同,提出了我国储罐呼吸排放量计算模式改进的方向.
