CeO2/三维石墨烯催化臭氧氧化降解刚果红

     

摘要

The three-dimensional graphene supported CeO2 catalyst (CeO2/3D GN)was prepared by in-situ oxidationreduction method and characterized by XRD,FT-IR,SEM,specific surface area determination and zero charge point measurement.The factors affecting the CeO2/3D GN heterogeneous catalytic ozonation degradation of Congo Red dye in water were studied.The characterization results showed that:The structure of CeO2/3D GN exhibits a interconnected threedimensional network;CeO2 nanoparticles were well dispersed between the graphene sheets;The specific area and near neutral zero charge point (pHzpc)of CeO2/3D GN were 190.89 m2/g and 7.36,respectively.The experimental results showed that:The decolorizaiton rate of Congo Red solution by the CeO2/3D GN catalytic ozonation systyem was 60.56 percentage points higher than that by the ozonation system;During 5 times of CeO2/3D GN reuse,the decolorizaiton rate of Congo Red solution was 96.50%-98.00%;Under the optimum process conditions of ozone flux 20 mg/min,catalyst amount 1.5 g/L,initial solution pH 7.00 and reaction time 15 min,the decolorizaiton rate of Congo Red solution was up to 94.65%.%采用原位氧化还原法制备了三维石墨烯负载型CeO2催化剂(CeO2/3D GN),采用XRD、FTIR、SEM、比表面积和零电荷点测定等方法对其进行了表征,并考察了CeO2/3D GN非均相催化臭氧氧化降解水中刚果红染料的影响因素.表征结果显示:CeO2/3D GN具有相互连通的三维网络结构;CeO2纳米颗粒均匀地分散在石墨烯片层中;比表面积为190.89 m2/g;零电荷点pHzpc为7.36.实验结果表明:CeO2/3D GN非均相催化臭氧氧化体系比单独臭氧氧化体系对刚果红溶液的脱色率提高了60.56百分点;连续5次重复利用CeO2/3D GN,刚果红溶液脱色率为96.50%~98.00%;在臭氧流量为20 mg/min、催化剂投加量为1.5 g/L、初始溶液pH为7.00的最佳工艺条件下反应15 min,刚果红溶液脱色率可高达94.65%.
