Radioisotope 99mTc is widely applied in clinical diagnosis,pathological analysis because of its suitable half-life,metastable radionuclide and high-efficiency ray.But radiation contamination arising from leaching and repackaging process could directly influence environment and human health.Taking a workstation in Hangzhou as an example,this paper makes quantitative analysis of personal external exposure dose of the radiological workers and environmental radiation pollution base on the plenty of theoretical calculations and field measurement.The conclusions provide important basis for production enterprise to make appropriate protective measures.%由于放射性同位素99mTc具有适宜的半衰期、亚稳定核素和发射高能量射线,因此被广泛应用于临床诊断、病程分析等方面,但99mTc在淋洗、分装过程中所释放出来的放射性污染会直接影响环境和人类健康.以杭州某工作服务站为例,通过现场实测和理论估算,对工作人员在生产和运输过程中所受到外照射剂量及可能造成的环境射线污染做了定量的分析研究,为放射性同位素生产企业制定合适的防护措施提供重要的依据.
