动力学模型可计算并预测各种操作参数条件下生物滴滤塔烟气同时脱硫脱硝工艺的运行效果.在实验室研究中建立了生物滴滤塔对SO2及NOx的降解去除动力学方程,并应用于中试试验研究.结果表明,在实验室研究中,生物滴滤塔对SO2降解去除的动力学方程为cg,out+32.052 8lncg,out=cg,in+32.052 8lncg,in-90.158 7(cg,in、cg,out分别为进入生物滴滤塔底部、生物滴滤塔排出尾气中的气态SO2或NOx质量浓度,g/m.3,下同),对NOx降解去除的动力学方程为cg,out+8.223 7lncg,out=cg,in+8.223 7lncg,in-8.284 1.中试试验研究中经过修正,生物滴滤塔对SO2降解去除的动力学方程为cg,out+3 105.685 5lncg,out=cg,in+3 105.685 5lncg,in-11 126.837 3,对NOx降解去除的动力学方程为cg,out-916.675 2lncg,out=cg,in-916.675 2lncg,in-244.226 2.%Dynamic model could be used to calculate and predict the operation effect of biological filter tower for flue gas desulfurization and denitrification under various operating parameters.The dynamic equations were established for SO2 and NOx removal in laboratory scale.Then the equations were revised in pilot scale.Results showed that the equation for SO2 removal in laboratory scale was cg,out+32.052 8lncg,out=cg,in+32.052 8lncg,in-90.158 7 (cg,in and cg,out were gaseous SO2 or NOx mass concentration in inlet and outlet,g/m.3,same as follows) and the one for NOx removal was cg,out+8.223 7lncg,out=cg,in+8.223 7lncg,in-8.284 1.The equation for SO2 removal in pilot scale was cg,out+3 105.685 5lncg,out=cg,in+3 105.685 5lncg,in-11 126.837 3 and the one for NOx removal was cg,out-916.675 2lncg,out=cg,in-916.675 2lncg,in-244.226 2 after revised.
