以松木屑与城市生活垃圾为实验原料,在固定床反应器中进行共热解实验研究,考察松木屑添加量对城市生活垃圾热解产物产率的影响.利用GC-MS、FT-IR、气相色谱仪等仪器对热解油组成和气体产物进行了分析.结果表明:与单独生活垃圾热解相比,随着松木屑添加量的增加,热解焦产率逐渐降低,热解气和水分产率逐渐升高,而热解油先升高后降低;当松木屑添加量为40%时,热解焦的产率降低9.3%,热解油产率增加至27%,热解气组分中CO2产量增加幅度较大,增加了16.27 mL/g,而H2的产量为2.58 mL/g,CO的产量为4.37 mL/g,CH4的产量为33.74 mL/g;松木屑与城市生活垃圾共热解能够降低城市生活垃圾热解油中醇类、羧酸类、醛类等有机化合物的含量,而酯类、酮类、多环芳烃和苯系物的含量则有明显增加.%The experimental study on co-pyrolysis of pine sawdust and municipal solid waste in fixed bed reactor was carried out to investigate the effect of different amount of pine sawdust on the pyrolysis products yields of MSW.The composition of pyrolysis oil and gas products were analyzed by GC-MS,FT-IR and gas chromatography (GC),respectively.The result showed that:with the amount of pine sawdust increasing,the pyrolysis tar yield decreased and the yield of pyrolysis oil and pyrolysis gas increased gradually;when the pine sawdust dosage was 40%,the yield of pyrolysis tar reduced by 9.3%;the yield of pyrolysis oil increased to 27%;the increase in CO2 production in the pyrolysis gas component was obvious (by 16.27 mL/g).Compared with the pyrolysis of MSW,the pyrolysis of pine sawdust and municipal solid waste could reduce the content of organic compounds such as alcohols,carboxylic acids and aldehydes in pyrolysis oil,while the contents of esters,ketones,PAHs and BTEX increased significantly.
