论我国中小企业信用担保法律制度的完善

摘要

The credit guarantee of small and medium enterprise（SME） is an effe ctive means to solve the financing difficulty.This paper initially analyzes the contents of the SME＇s basic credit guarantee system,and discusses of China＇s l egal system of the SME＇s cre%中小企业信用担保是解决中小企业融资难的一种有效手段。本文分析了我国中小企业的信用担保体系的基本内容,重点探讨了我国中小企业信用担保的法律制度及其局限性,指出了我国中小企业信用担保的法律框架存在的问题,最后提出了完善我国中小企业信用担保法律制度的思路和对策。
