提高坚强智能电网社会经济效益的对策建议

摘要

To increase social and economic benefits of the smart grid, the paper gives some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the smart grid on the basis of analyzing the development and existing problems in our country. In the paper, some suggestions are presented, such as formulating smart grids as the 12th Five-year Plan and state development strategy, improving the policy and regulations concerning smart grids to promote the sustainable development in the electric power industry, protecting pilot and R&D inputs, breaking through the key and critical smart grid technologies, and strengthening international cooperation.%为提高坚强智能电网创造的社会经济效益，本文在分析我国坚强智能电网发展及存在问题的基础上，提出了发展智能电网的对策建议。即：将坚强智能电网纳入“十二五”发展规划以及国家发展战略；完善坚强智能电网的相关政策规章，推动电力行业可持续发展；保障试点和研发投入，突破坚强智能电网的核心和关键技术；加强国际合作，充分利用外部资源。
