江西省碳交易市场的现状及对策探讨

摘要

清洁发展机制（CDM）是《京都议定书》规定的三个温室气体减排机制之一，我国已是目前全球最大的CDM卖家，在此背景下江西省的CDM也获得了发展。为了推动江西省CDM项目的快速发展，应该进一步完善相关政策法规，加快技术引进发展清洁能源，大力培育和规范碳交易中介机构，推进江西省碳交易市场的发展。%Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) is one of the three greenhouse gas reduction mechanisms specified in the Kyoto Protocol. Right now, our country is the biggest seller of the CDM in the world. Hereon, Jiangxi province wins the development opportunity. For the rapid development of the CDM in Jiangxi province, we should further improve the relevant policies and regulations, speed up the introduction of technologies for developing clean energy, greatly cultivate and regulate carbon trading agencies to promote the development of carbon trading markets in Jiangxi province.
