非上市股份制企业股票不能合法流动的原因和弊端

摘要

Because of law of discriminatory rules,the stocks of more than 300,000 listed companies can not circulate,which results in unreasonable stockholder behaviors,non-standard company governance,and against companies own development.Meanwhile,it results in negative influence on social economy,which goes against social economy development;against the operation of state-owned capital marketization;against the construction of harmonious society;against the construction of market system.Therefore,it is urgent to improve law system to make the stocks circulate rationally and legally.%由于法律的歧视性规定,我国有30多万家股份制企业股票不能合法流动,这种局面不利影响表现为：股东行为不合理;企业行为不合理;企业治理不规范;不利于企业自身发展。对社会经济的不利影响表现为：不利于社会经济发展;不利于国有资本市场化经营;不利于和谐社会建设;不利于市场体系的建设。因此,完善法律体系,让这些企业股票合理合法流动是当务之急。
