从中国历史主要朝代都市变迁角度，分析各主要朝代关键制度因素在城市化中的特殊作用，以期得到中国当今社会在现实经济环境下城市化制度选择的有益启示，从而达到以史为鉴可以知兴替的目的。本文基于新制度经济学观点，通过对夏、商、周、秦、汉、唐、宋、元、明、清中国历史主要朝代关键行政管理思想制度介绍以及都市的变迁和城市化状况的概括，梳理出影响各朝代人口城市化的十二项制度因素，并由此总结出了对我国当前城市化建设的几点启示。%Based the perspective of cities changes in major dynasty of China＇ s history, this paper analyzes the special functions of critical system factor of major dynasties in the urbanization in the hope of getting beneficial enlightenment of urbanization institution choices under the realistic economic environment in China to achieve the goal of taking history as mirror and understanding flourishing and replacement of the dynasties. On the basis of ideas of new institution economics, and through the introduction to the key administrative management thoughts and institutions of China＇ s major dynasties such as Xia, Shang, Zhou, Qin, Han, Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming, Qing, and summarization of cities changes and urbanization states, the paper sorted out twelve institution factors affecting population urbanization of various dynasties, and thus outlined several enlightenments of current urbanization construction in our country.
