澳大利亚建立了统一的高等职业教育标准和运行规范的高等职业教育机构；实行市场运作、行业参与、政府规范的高等职业教育质量管理模式；实行以阶段性政府拨款为主的财政运行模式。我国需立足国情、依托行业，有针对性地借鉴TAFE学院的办学经验，开发适合国情的多种管理、课程、教学模式；建立严格、规范、统一的高等职业教育质量标准；注重政府对高等职业教育的引导，加大投资力度；加强我国高等职业教育专业性和灵活性，并为高等职业教育走向终身化作努力。%Australia has established a set of unified higher vocational education standards and higher vocational education organizations operating normally; it has implemented a quality management pattern of higher vocational education featuring marketing operation, industry participation and regular governmental function; a ifnancial operating pattern mainly relying on phased government fund is also put into practice. Thus, we should pertinently draw lessons from Australian TAFE institutes’ experiences based on the conditions of China and it’s various industries; develop multiple management, course and education modes suitable for our own country;establish a set of strict, normative, uniifed higher vocational education quality standards;emphasize the governmental guidance of higher vocational education and increase government investment; strengthen the lfexibility of China's higher vocational education to improv the life-long development of higher vocational education.
