城市轨道交通工程钢弹簧浮置板道床施工工艺及经济性分析

         

摘要

The urban rail transit project penetrates through busy urban streets, hospitals, schools, ancient buildings, opera houses, studios, etc., which inevitably produces vibration and noise. It is one of the social hazards that affect people's quality of life and work environment. The ballast bed structure of urban rail transit is varied, including concrete ballast bed, gravel ballast bed, ballast bed slab, T sleeper, etc., wherein the floating slab ballast bed is an ideal damping noise reduction structure form in vibration reduction effect and performance all over the world at present, which is widely used in urban rail transit project. The characteristics of floating slab ballast bed is introduced in the paper, the construction process of steel spring floating slab ballast bed is expounded, and key procedures in the construction process that should be noted are introduced in details. The cost of steel spring floating slab ballast bed is analyzed from two aspects of rail paving project and ballast bed paving project. Key factors affecting the cost of steel spring floating slab ballast beds are further analyzed. Finally, precautions are introduced. Steel spring floating slab ballast bed has expensive cost.
