新建居民住宅小区供电模式的选取及经济效益分析

         

摘要

The quality of distribution engineering for new residential areas is related to the decision of the power supply modes for residential areas,cost of the project,cable cost,cost of operation and maintenance,reliable power supply,environmental assessment and energy saving management,etc,so it is significant to select the best power supply mode for the new residential areas and make a good estimating of economic benefits.To make a good assessment of the technology and economy of the distribution project for new residential areas,only catching and analysing the expenditure,income and life-cycle economic benefits of the power supply modes detailedly,can we reasonably have the preferred configuration,reduce the cost of the project,and further improve the economic benefits of the power supply matching projects.Introducing the common power supply modes of the residential areas,and taking the power supply matching project of a new residential area in Shanghai as an example,using the economic efficiency analysis ratio method to analyze the expenditure,income and life-cycle economic benefits of the three kinds of the common power supply modes.The result is that the KT+WX power supply mode has the lowest investment and is most profitable,to provide a theoretical basis and technical supporting for the future selection and the economic evaluation for the similar power supply matching projects,and also some practical value.%新建居民住宅小区配电工程的优劣,牵涉到住宅小区供电模式的决策、工程造价、电缆造价、运维费用、可靠供电、环境评估和节能管理等方面,因此对新建居民住宅小区供电模式的选取和做好经济效益评估,具有十分重要的现实意义。对新建居民住宅小区配电工程的技术经济评估,通过抓住并且细化分析供电模式的支出、收入和全寿命周期经济效益,就可以合理地优选配置,降低工程造价,进一步提高供电配套工程的经济效益。介绍了居民住宅小区常用的供电模式,并以上海某新建居民住宅小区供电配套工程为例,运用经济效益分析比法对3种常用供电模式的支出、收入和全寿命周期经济效益分析,结果为KT+WX供电模式的投资最低,利润最高,为今后类似供电配套工程的方案选取和经济效益评估,提供了理论依据和技术支撑,具有一定的实用价值。
