100t转炉氧枪喷头的设计与优化

摘要

By integrating physical truth and current problems of lOOt converter in the second steelplant of Shuigang, the structure of oxygen lance nozzle was designed and optimized once again, whichmeets the needs of real production and technology. The results show that the raw material consumptionand time of oxygen supply decreases and having advantage in melting slag and reducing the phosphoruscontent.%结合水钢二炼钢厂100t转炉的实际情况及存在问题,对氧枪喷头进行了重新设计与优化,满足了生产实际和工艺要求,在钢铁料耗、供氧时间、化渣效果、脱磷率等方面均有改善,达到了预期效果.
