钢铁生产能量流解析及炼焦主要单元应用

摘要

以能量守恒以及生产工序能量流图为基础，分析能量的转换和能级，总结出能量转换的特点。根据此特点，按照能量的来源和去向对能量流图进行细化，提出新的能量流股图，并以此为依据分析了降低损失项可提高能源利用率。最后以某钢厂的炼焦主要单元为例，对上述理论进行了实践应用，分析单元的不同种类能源消耗以及能源利用率情况，为能耗分析提供了有效的分析方法。%Energy conversion and energy level were analyzed , the characteristics of energy conversion was summarized based on energy conservation and production process energy flow graph .According to the characteristics and the source and destination of energy , the energy flow diagram was detailed and a new energy flow diagram was put forward .And on this basis , that reducing loss items can improve the energy utilization was analyzed .The above theory was put into practice , various energy consumption and energy efficiency on unit was analyzed , provided an efficient analysis method for the analysis of energy consumption .
