立式连续退火炉内带钢-炉辊热力耦合研究

         

摘要

针对立式连续退火炉内带钢容易发生瓢曲甚至断带的现象,建立立式连续退火炉内带钢-炉辊热力耦合数学模型,模型的建立基于有限元分析软件MARC。首先,建立炉辊热态凸度模型,计算热态下炉辊辊形的变化;然后,建立带钢/炉辊接触受力模型,研究冷态下带钢的受力情况;最后,建立带钢-炉辊热力耦合模型,研究热态下炉辊辊形的变化以及辊形变化对带钢受力的影响。研究结果表明:炉辊温度的变化会引起炉辊发生热应变,在带钢宽度不变的情况下,炉辊平台区长度越短,带钢张应力越集中,张应力极值越大。%In reaction to the phenomenon of transverse buckling or even break of the strip in the verti-cal continuous annealing furnace, a coupled thermo-mechanical mathematical model of strip and roll-er was established based on finite element analysis software, MARC.Firstly, a hot furnace roller crown model was established to study the shape change of furnace roller under furnace temperature. Then, a contact force model of the strip and furnace roller was established to analyze the force situation of the strip at the room temperature.Lastly, a coupled thermo-mechanical mathematical model of strip and roller was established to study the shape change of furnace roller and the effect of the shape of furnace roller on stress of the strip under furnace temperature.The results show that the change of fur-nace roller will lead to the change of the shape of furnace roller.With the decrease of the length of fur-nace roller platform, strip tension stress is more concentrated and the extreme value of strip tension in-creases.
