The cold consolidation of high phosphorus oolitic hematite was studied through the pressing way which based on cold consolidation theory, and analyzed the influencing factors.The results show that the dry pellets strength is 962N, and the wet pellets strength is 173N when the size of raw material is in0.1~0.18mm, the sodium silicate amount is 10%, and the data fully meet the requirement of shaft furnace smelting.%基于冷固结原理,通过压制成型的方法进行了高磷鲕状赤铁矿冷固结成型实验研究,并对影响球团强度的各个因素进行了分析与探讨。研究结果表明:原料粒度为0.1~0.18mm,水玻璃加入量为10%,可以得到生球平均强度173N,干球强度962N的实验数据,完全满足气基竖炉直接还原工艺对球团强度的要求。
