化学纤维加入量对高纯Al2O3-MgO-CaO系浇注料性能的影响

         

摘要

试验通过改变化学纤维的加入量来调整浇注料的组织结构,探究纤维加入量对高纯Al2O3-MgO-CaO系浇注料性能的影响及提高试样的热震稳定性的可行性.结果表明:随着纤维引入量的增加,材料经110℃×24h热处理后的流动性降低,增加了试样的气孔率,同时纤维的抗拉强度提高了试样的常温抗折强度;经400℃处理后,纤维受热熔融造成的气孔率增加导致抗折强度下降;试样在经1550℃-1200℃-1550℃5次热循环后,因化学纤维烧失后形成空间的增加,CA6晶体发育越发完善产生了较大膨胀抵消了重烧结的收缩,使其内部产生了较多的裂纹导致高温抗折强度降低,进而影响了强度保持率.综合认为,化学纤维加入量在0%~0.05%时,其高温强度及抗热震性能较为优异.%In the experiment,the microstructure of the castable was adjusted by changing the amount of chemical fiber addition.The effect of fiber addition on the properties of the high purity Al 2O3-MgO-CaO castable and the feasibility of improving the thermal shock resistance of the sample were investi -gated.The results showed that with the increase of fiber introduction,the fluidity of the material trea-ted by 110 ×24h heat treatment decreased, the porosity of the sample increased, and the tensile strength of the fiber improved the modulus of rupture;After 400℃treatment,the modulus of rupture of samples decreases because of the porosity formed by the melting of the fiber;After 5 thermal cycles ,space increases in samples which formation due to chemical fiber loss,to make CA6crystals formed more perfect had a greater expansion to offset the heavy sintering shrinkage, which generated more cracks lasd to the high temperature modulus of rupture reduced,thereby affecting the residual strength ratio of.In summary, when the amount of chemical fiber is added to 0%~0.05%, its strength at high temperature and thermal shock resistance are excellent.
