Based on the monitored data of energy consumption, the energy-saving potentials and problems during the operation of oxidation ditch process were studied. Solutions were proposed and tested through field tests. The results showed The energy consumption of biochemical process, sewage pumping, sewage recirculation, sludge disposal was 65 %~80 %, 10 %~25 %, 5 %~8 % and 1 %~3 % of the total energy consumption of oxidation ditch, respectively. Combined with some specific cases, the applicable measures for energy saving and consumption reduction of the oxidation ditch process and the corresponding effects were systematically expounded.%通过氧化沟工艺运行过程中的能耗实测数据分析了各处理单元中具有节能潜力的环节和潜在问题,提出解决方案并进行了现场试验.调研结果表明:生化、污水提升、回流、污泥处置等单元能耗分别占氧化沟工艺总能耗的65%~80%、10%~25%、5%~8%和1%~3%.结合具体案例,讨论了氧化沟工艺节能降耗的适用措施和相应的节能效果.
