摘要

465 th circulating fluidized bed boiler was introduced .After analysis of the abrasion mechanism of the circu -lation fluidized bed boiler, the method of solving the problem was given up , which was using the abrasion-proof beam. After the reconstruction, the operation of the CFB boiler was stable , and the water wall wear have reduced .%介绍了465 t/h 循环流化床锅炉采用防磨梁技术对锅炉内进行防磨损改造，通过改善炉膛内循环的流场状态实现炉内水冷壁的防磨损。实施改造后的运行结果表明，水冷壁磨损情况得到了大幅度的改善。
