斜切眼在复杂条件综放工作面的应用研究

         

摘要

传统的综放工作面切眼设计为与两巷呈90°,其在一定地质条件下有着许多弊端.以28116工作面现场条件为基础,对斜切眼布置方案进行了分析.结果表明,该方案很好地免去了工作面加架、加槽子的工序,大大降低了职工的劳动强度,同时还提高了煤炭的回收率,能有效防止输送机滑动,有着广阔的应用前景.%The traditional open-off cut in fully mechanized caving face is designed to be 90° with the two roadways, which has many disadvantages under certain geological conditions. Therefore, based on the field conditions of 28116 working face, this paper analyzed the oblique-cut arrangement scheme. The analysis results show that the scheme can save the process of adding support and adding grooves at the working face, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of the employees, also improves the recovery rate of coal, effectively prevents the sliding of conveyor and is of broad application prospect.
