本文介绍了华电能源哈尔滨第三发电厂根据600 MW机组锅炉的性能特点应用燃煤混配掺烧技术的实践.在确保机组安全性的前提下,根据每天不同时间段内的负荷和来煤情况来确定褐煤掺混原则,并在进行相关的掺混试验后再修正褐煤的掺混比例,最终实现机组最佳的混配掺烧方案.同时,在进行性能试验和经济性综合分析的基础上,提出后期的进一步优化工作方向,从而最大限度地挖掘经济运行的优化潜力,真正实现节能增效.%This paper introduced the practice about the coal mixed burning technology applied in 600MW units according to the boiler' s performance characteristics in Energy Company Limited Harbin third power plant. On the premise conditions of ensuring the units' safety, lignite blending principle is determined by the load and the situation of coal during the day of different period, and the mixing proportion is modified after conducting correlation mixed burning test for achieving the units' optimal blending scheme. Meanwhile , on the base of performance tests and the comprehensive analysis of economic, the further optimization work direction is put forward so as to maximize the potential of economic operation and achieve energy efficiency truly.
