空气分级燃烧对降低燃油炉NOx排放的试验研究

         

摘要

为了解决现有燃油炉NOx排放超标的问题,对现有燃油炉的结构进行改造,实施了空气不分级燃烧和分级燃烧对降低NOx排放的对比性试验.在空气不分级燃烧时,得到O2浓度是影响NOx的重要因素,可以采用低氧燃烧来降低NOx的浓度以满足排放要求,并得到不同负荷下低氧燃烧的过量空气系数范围;采用空气分级燃烧时,通过控制一次风α1和二次风α2的送入量,使燃油炉NOx排放的浓度进一步降低以符合国家更严格的排放标准.%In order to solve the problem of the existing oil-fired furnace of NOx over standard emission,structural transformation of the existing oil-fired furnace was conducted,the industrialized comparative test of air staged combustion and non-staged combustion to reduce NOx emissions was implemented.With non-staged combustion,O2 concentration is an important influencing factor of NOx,low oxygen combustion can be used to reduce the concentration of NOx in order to meet the emission requirements,and the optimal excess air ratio for different loads was obtained under the low oxygen combustion;Air staged combustion can reduce NOx concentration further in order to meet the rigorous emission standard by controlling the optimal primary air ratio α1 and secondary air ratio α2.
