中国温室气体清单关键类别分析

摘要

This study identiifes the key categories of China’s inventory of greenhouse gas emissions and sinks for 2005 and 2008, using the quantitative approaches and qualitative criterias. It shows that there are 66 key categories in 2008, of which 44 are in the sector of energy activity. The category of 1.A.1.a “Energy, Fuel Combustion, Energy Industries, Public Electricity and Heat Production, Solid Fuels, CO2” contributes most to China’s inventory, both for the level assessment and trend assessment. These categories identiifed as key should receive special consideration for improvement in data collection and methodology choice during 2010 and 2012 national inventory compilation.%本文根据《联合国气候变化框架公约》对非附件一国家清单编制要求以及IPCC相关指南规定，结合我国历年清单实际情况，分别采用定量和定性方法分析了我国2005年和2008年清单的关键类别。结果显示，2008年我国共有66个关键类别，其中44个分布在能源领域，能源活动中公用电力和热力的燃煤CO2排放无论水平评估还是趋势评估都是贡献率最大的关键类别。建议2010年和2012年国家清单编制的质量改进工作应聚焦于这些关键类别，同时在未来清单编制过程中着力加强我国的国别不确定性研究。
