依法推动应对气候变化工作势在必行

摘要

This paper hierarchically illustrates the legal construction demand of our country to respond the climate change, introduces international experience in legislation responding the climate change. On this basis, it proposes a series of suggestions for China how to construct a complete legal system, expedite legislation progress, consolidate the basis of legislation and determines practical legislation work route.%本文分层次阐释了我国应对气候变化的法制建设需求，介绍了国际应对气候变化立法的经验，并在此基础上，就我国如何构建完整的法律体系，加快立法进程，夯实立法工作基础，确定务实的立法工作路线提出一系列建议。
