煤炭清洁高效利用方式发展方向研究

摘要

煤炭清洁高效利用是优化能源结构、保障能源安全、改善环境质量的重要举措，也是推动我国能源消费革命的重要内容。本文从煤种和煤质着手梳理了我国煤炭资源的特点，结合煤炭利用方式分析了煤炭清洁高效利用存在的问题。研究认为，我国煤炭清洁高效利用发展趋势有以下几个方向：广泛应用煤炭清洁高效燃烧技术，促进燃烧结构进一步优化；推进煤炭由单一燃料向原料和燃料并重转变；推动煤基多联产，推进煤炭、油气、新能源等行业跨界融合。%Coal clean and efficient utilization is an important step to optimize energy structure, guarantee energy safety and improve environment quality. It is also an important method to promote China energy consumption revolution. Based on coal rank and coal quality, it analyzes the characters of coal resources in China. Combining with coal use patterns, it also analyzes the problems of coal clean and efficient utilization. The research shows that coal clean and efficient utilization development trend in China are: extensively utilization of clean and efficient coal combustion technique and further optimization of combustion structures; promotion of coal to change from merely fuel utilization to both raw material and fuel utilization; development of coal-based poly-generational; and promotion of crosscutting development of coal, oil and gas and new energy industries.
