OPC通信在大型风电试验系统中的应用

     

摘要

Study was made on communication mechanism of open type standard interface, OLE for process control (OPC). VACON inverters were used to build a synthesis test system of MW-grade full function wind generator. This paper gave the whole process of SIMENS SIMATIC.NET software component and Profibus-DP hardware network, programming an OPC client end based on VC++platform to realize communication with multi-sets of VACON inverters and completing the full set of tests for 3.1MW double-fed wind generator and 2 MW permanent magnetic wind motor. The test result shows the reliability, utility and novelty of the system.%  研究了开放式标准接口OPC的通信机制,利用VACON变频器构建了一个兆瓦级全功能风力发电机综合试验系统.给出了用SIMENS SIMATIC.NET软件组态Profibus-DP硬件网络的全过程,编制了一个基于VC++平台的OPC客户端并实现了与多台VACON变频器的通信,完成了3.1 MW双馈风力发电机及2 MW永磁风力发电机全套试验,试验结果表明了系统的可靠性、实用性、新颖性.
