高电压大功率输出的LLC谐振变换器的设计

     

摘要

设计了一种用于 DC/DC 变换的LLC 谐振变换器,介绍了其软开关特性及工作原理,分析了它的等效电路模型。基于高效率、高功率密度的要求,通过研究各参数对电路运行性能所造成的影响,给出最优化的参数以满足变换器的设计要求,通过对半桥LLC 谐振变换器建模仿真,实现5 kW、580 V/400 V的 DC/DC 变换。实验结果表明,设计的LLC 谐振变换器工作良好,满足了高效率、低电磁干扰等要求%  A kind of LLC resonant converter was designed to be used for DC/DC conversion. Introduction was made to its soft switch characteristics and working principle and analysis was made to its equivalent circuit model. Based on the requirements of high-efficien-cy and high-power density, via study on impacts of each parameter on circuit operation, this paper gave the most optimistic parameters to meet design requirements of converters. Via modeling simulation of half-bridge LLC resonant converter, DC/DC conversion of 5 kW, 580 V/400 V was realized. Experimental result shows that the designed LLC resonant converter is fine in working, meeting high effi-ciency, low electrical interference etc requirements.
