机械程序锁在10 kV中置式开关柜中的应用

摘要

介绍了机械程序锁在中置式开关柜防误系统中的应用，充分利用机械程序锁(或称程序锁)具有操作正反顺序的唯一性和操作到位的强制性的特性，来实现10 kV 中置式开关柜“五防”闭锁，防止误操作的发生。实践证明，它完全满足电气“五防”的要求，能提高电网的电气安全操作水平，操作简便，可靠性高，是一种较好的防误操作解决方案%　　Introduction was made to the application of mechanical procedure lock in the middle-placed switch cabinet misopera-tion prevention system. This paper made full use of mechanical procedure lock (or called procedure lock) with characteristics of only operation in positive or negative sequence and enforced operation to the position to realize 10 kV middle-placed switch cabinet “five prevention” lock to prevent misoperation from taking place. Practice proves that it can completely meet the requirements of electrical“five prevention”, being able to raise electrical safety operation of power network. The mechanical procedure lock, a better solution for misoperation prevention, is simple in operation and high in reliability.
