提高用户供电可靠性的措施

摘要

Analysis was made to various kinds of factors to have impacts on users power supply reliability. This paper put forward actual measures to raise users power supply reliability, pointing out that raising users power supply reliability should take full con-sideration of present conditions and features of power distribution network in power distribution network plan and building and take actual and feasible technical means to establish complete reliability management to regulate work flow. The production management thinking way as to raise users power supply reliability as the center was established to completely lift up operation management level of10 kV power distribution network.%　　分析了影响用户供电可靠性的各类因素，提出了提高用户供电可靠性的具体措施。指出提高用户供电可靠性要在配电网规划和建设中充分考虑配电网的现状和特点，采取切实可行的技术手段，建立完善的可靠性管理制度规范工作流程，建立以提高用户供电可靠性为中心的生产管理思路，全面提升10 kV配电网的运行管理水平。
