摩托车油箱涂装配套体系设计

     

摘要

着重讨论了羟基丙烯酸树脂、醛酮树脂、固化剂、流平剂、烘烤条件等因素对摩托车油箱涂装配套体系中层间附着力的影响.试验发现,当羟基丙烯酸树脂与醛酮树脂搭配使用,选择HDI三聚体类固化剂和聚丙烯酸酯溶液类流平荆,涂料施工烘烤条件为90℃/30 min或120 ℃/20 min时,摩托车油箱涂装配套体系中层间附着力0级,柔韧性1 mm,冲击强度50 kg·cm,铅笔硬度2H.%The effects of hydroxy acrylic resin, ketone-aldehyde resin, curing agent, leveling agent and baking condition on the adhesion of coatings in a coating accessory system for motorcycle fuel tank were discussed. It was found that a good-performance coating accessory system with an interlayer adhesion strength of 0 grade, flexibility of 1 mm, impact strength of 50 kg·cm and pencil hardness of 2H for motorcycle fuel tank can be obtained by using hydroxy acrylic resin in combination with ketone-aldehyde resin with HDI trimer as curing agent and polyacrylate solution as leveling agent after baking at 90 ℃ for 30 min or at 120 ℃ for 20 min.
