基于ABAQUS的聚氨酯弹性体本构关系研究

         

摘要

To accurately describe the polyurethane elastomer material properties,and accurately predict the mechanical properties of polyurethane products,starting from the statistical thermodynamic method and the phenomenological method,adopting the method of experiment and simulation analysis,experiment data is colected from various types of material,with several groups of data by fiting equation,this paper establishs the constitutive relation that is suitable for polyurethane elastomer material.In polyurethane elastomer numerical analysis and engineering application,this method that is applied to various formulations of polyurethane elastomer constitutive relation research has good applicability,and has a certain reference significance.%为准确地描述聚氨酯弹性体材料属性,进而精确地预测聚氨酯制品的力学性能,从统计热力学方法和唯象法出发,采用试验和仿真分析相结合的方法,从各种类型的材料试验中收集数据,用若干组数据通过拟合方程,确立适合聚氨酯弹性体材料的本构关系。在聚氨酯弹性体数值分析和工程化应用中,该方法用于各种配方的聚氨酯弹性体本构关系研究均具有较好的适用性,有一定的借鉴意义。
