三相三电平PWM整流器在煤矿应用的仿真研究

         

摘要

煤矿井下传动设备功率等级越来也大,传统两电平变流器已无法满足其电压和功率等级要求,隔爆型三电平变流器是未来发展的主导方向。本文分析了三相三电平整流器的工作原理和数学模型,建立了控制系统,并在Matlab/simulink中做了仿真实验。结果表明三电平整流器可满足高压大容量的要求,具有良好的动态性能和稳态性能。%The power of transmission in coal mine has grown rapidly over the past few years,and the three-level converters have became the development trends due to their obvious advantages compare to the traditional two-level ones in high voltage and great power applications.The principle and mathematical model of the rectiifer is studied in this paper,and then the control model is built in Matlab/simulink environment.Simulation results show that this rectiifer can implement in great voltage and power and provides excellent performances in steady-state and dynamic load variations.
