数字示波器校准及测量不确定度评定

摘要

该文从国家校准实验室认可的具体要求出发，根据校准实验室实际的测量环境，依据JJF1057-1998《数字存贮示波器校准规范》及测量不确定度评定指南，对数字示波器的垂直幅度及时间基准进行校准并对测量不确定度进行了分析评定，大大增强了测量结果的可信度，同时对校准实验室其他项目测量不确定度的分析评定，也有一定的参考价值。%In this paper,according to the actual measurement environment of National Calibration Laboratory, the vertical amplitude and time base of digital oscil oscope and the measurement uncertainty were analyzed and evaluated according to the JJF1057-1998"digital storage oscil oscope calibration standard",it also has reference value for other test system.
