微型计算机典型能耗测试结果的不确定度分析

摘要

The uncertainty of measurement is an important parameter to measure the quality of the measure-ment results,the quality of the measurement results directly affect the evaluation of the quality of products. This article use the test method of GB 28380-2012"Minimum al owable values of energy efficiency and en-ergy grades for microcomputers",measuring typical energy consumption of microcomputers,analysis the measurement results of the uncertainty.%测量不确定度是衡量测量结果质量的重要参数，而测量结果的质量直接影响对产品品质的评价。该文采用GB 28380-2012《微型计算机能效限定值及能效等级》中规定的试验方法，测量微型计算机的典型能耗，并对测量结果的不确定度进行分析。
