美国空、海军下一代战斗机信息征询书概要和比较

摘要

The Requests for Information ( RFI) of USAF and USN for next generation fighter,i.e.,“Next Generation Tactical Aircraft ( Next Gen TACAIR ) Capability Request for Information ( CRFI )” and “A Market Survey for Carrier Based,Strike Fighter Aircraft Key Capabilities in the 2030 Timeframe”,are introduced,which are then compared with each other .It is regarded that the RFIs reflect the viewpoint of the USAF and USN,and reveal some true ideas of them about the next generation fighter aircrafts .%介绍了美国空军和海军发布的下一代战斗机信息征询书，即“下一代战术飞机能力要求信息”和“2030年舰载攻击战斗机的关键能力需求调研”，并对这两份信息征询书进行了比较。认为：这两份信息征询书都代表了美国军方的观点，通过比较分析，可以从实证的角度得到很多美国军方关于六代机的真实想法，另外，这种基于实证的研究方法为国外六代机的研究提供了一个新的研究途径。
