分立元件自动测试仪图形化编程的实现

         

摘要

In order to make discrete components automatic tester can be used universally, which means different test programs must be created according to different test targets, this paper briefly outlines a method of graphical programming realization for discrete components automatic tester. Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 is used to realize the design of Man- machine interface for this tester. Add AddFlow, which is a window form control, is used to draw test flow chart. Then an algorithm is designed to generate test program from test flow chart. Last, in order to get executable file, a compiler named NMake is used to compile and link the test program. This graphical programming technology makes it easy to expand the discrete component types which can be tested, and even convenient to operate the discrete components automatic tester.%为了使分立元件自动测试仪具备通用性,即能够根据不同的测试目标生成不同的测试程序,本文简要概述分立元件自动测试仪图形化编程的一种实现方法——使用Microsoft Visual Studio 2010实现分立元件自动测试仪人机交互界面设计;使用AddFlow控件实现分立元件测试流程图的绘制;设计算法实现从测试流程图生成测试程序;使用命令编译器NMake对测试程序进行编译链接,从而获得可执行文件。该图形化编程技术使得分立元件自动测试仪易于进行可测器件类型的扩展,便于测试人员操作。
