一种电控发动机示教系统喷油回收装置的设计

     

摘要

One kind of fuel injector oil receiving device is supporting for automotive engine electric control teaching system.Since there is no engine working in this system,oil injection process requires demonstration,and the fuel oil will be reused after recycling. In our design scheme,we select oil-resistant,corrosion-resistance and high-permeability glass tube and aluminum alloy bearing socket to coordinate.The fuel oil is sprayed into the device,along the glass tube into bearing socket,and then through angle valve flow back into the fuel tank.Considering the difference of each engine injector and mounting dimensions, we adjust the designed size of some components,and after processing and assembly test, it can be applied to a variety of gasoline engine teaching system.%一种喷油器接油装置是为汽车发动机电控示教系统配套的,由于该系统没有发动机工作,喷油过程需要演示,燃油回收后重复使用。在本次设计中选用耐油、耐腐蚀、透显性好的玻璃管与铝合金承接座配合,燃油喷入装置内,顺着玻璃管流入承接座,经过角阀流回燃油箱。在设计中考虑到各款发动机喷油器及安装尺寸的差异,通过调整部分元件的设计尺寸,加工后组装测试,可以适用多款汽油发动机示教系统。
