一种型钢切头过程的精确自动化控制方法

摘要

Iron andsteel rolling mill casting workshop in steel products to carry out casting processing activities in the process itself needs facing the continuous complex technical process,in recent years, the scope of application of type steel continues to expand and application requirements of increasingly diverse,making steel head cutting process in the face of a series of new technology.In view of this, this paper to H type steel,for example,of type steel material cut head during the processing of precise automatic control method is briefly described.%钢铁厂轧钢铸造车间在开展型钢产品铸造加工活动过程中，本身需要面对连续化的复杂技术过程，近年来，型钢应用范围的不断扩大以及应用需求的日渐多样，使得型钢切头加工过程面对着一系列全新技术状况，有鉴于此，本文以H型钢为例，对型钢材料切头加工过程中精确自动化控制方法展开了简要阐述。
