为提高瞬变电磁探伤解释结论直观性,设计了基于Microsoft foundation class(MFC)的瞬变电磁法管柱损伤三维成像软件.以Visual Studio开发工具为平台,编制了数据读取、曲线设置以及图形输出等软件模块.在此基础上,通过对管柱形态中不规则路径的区域进行颜色填充,将每个元素组合起来构成三维图像,从而直观地反映井下套管损伤情况.现场实测数据应用结果表明,该软件图像立体感强,各类损伤形态直观清晰,有较强的实用价值.%In order to improve the intuition of the interpretation of transient electromagnetic flaw inspection, Microsoft foundation class (MFC) based Three-dimensional Imaging Software of Transient Electromagnetic inspection for downhole casings was designed. Taking Visual Studio as a development tool, the modules of data reader, curve setting and graphic output was compiled. On these basis, by filling the color of the irregular path area in casing shapes, each element was combined together to form a three-dimensional image, which can intuitively reflect the flaw of the downhole casings. The field data application results demonstrated that the software image has the better three-dimension effect. Various types of damage can be intuitively and clearly presented, and it has great practical values.
