诊断性刮宫术在妇科临床的应用分析

摘要

目的：探讨诊断性刮宫术在妇科临床诊断和治疗过程中的疗效。方法收集我院妇科收治的100例患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各50例。对照组患者在临床上使用常规的子宫标本组织病理学诊断方法进行诊断，观察组患者在治疗过程中使用诊断性刮宫术的方法进行治疗。两组患者在治疗完成后比较两组患者的疗效以及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的检出率98%明显优于对照组患者（80%），同时观察组患者的诊断错误率（4%）明显低于对照组患者（12%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在对妇科患者临床诊断的过程中，使用诊断性刮宫术的方法在临床上效果较好，能够显著减少诊断错误率，值得推广应用。%ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effi cacy of diagnostic curettage in clinical diagnosis and treatment of gynecological process.Methods100 cases of patients with gynecological were collected in our hospital, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 50 cases.
