objective To desogestrel ethinylestradiol tablets in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding of clinical curative effect observation and discussion. Methods Randomly selected from June 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital clinic of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients 120 cases, divided into observation group and control group. Observation group taking desogestrel ethinylestradiol treatment;The control group taking fu kang treatment. Observe the hemostatic time of two groups of patients and therapeutic effect. results Observation group effectiveness 96.7%, control group 80.0%, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05), the observation group, control hemorrhage and fully hemostatic time (23.1±7.2) and (36.5±13.6) days;Control group:(34.4±34.4) and (51.8±18.8) days;conclusion Desogestrel ethinylestradiol piece has the signiifcant effect of functional uterine bleeding, safe and reliable, worthy of clinical promotion.%目的：对去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效进行观察及探讨。方法随机选取2013年6月～2014年6月在本院就诊的围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者120例，分观察组及对照组。观察组服用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗；对照组服用妇康片治疗。观察两组患者的止血时间及疗效。结果观察组有效率96.7%，对照组有效率80.0%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组：控制出血与完全止血时间分别为（23.1±7.2）天和（36.5±13.6）天；对照组分别为（34.4±10.4）天和（51.8±18.8）天；结论去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗功能性子宫出血疗效显著，安全可靠，值得临床推广。
