目的：探讨宫腔内放置球囊在子宫瘢痕妊娠人工流产术中大出血的应用。方法选取我院2011年1月～2015年1月收治的子宫瘢痕妊娠人工流产术中大出血患者100例，按照止血方式不同分为球囊压迫组和常规止血组，各50例。常规止血组用常规法止血，球囊压迫组用常规保守方法和宫腔内放置球囊止血。统计两组患者止血时间、继续出血量、子宫保留率。结果球囊压迫组止血时间明显短于常规止血组，继续出血量明显少于常规止血组，子宫保留率高于常规止血组（P＜0.05）。结论宫腔内放置球囊在子宫瘢痕妊娠人工流产术中大出血的应用效果确切，可迅速止血，减少继续出血量，保留生育功能，值得推广。%Objective To explore the application of the balloon in the uterine scar pregnancy induced abortion in artifi.
