研究中药洗剂联合维生素E乳外用治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effect of herbal lotion combined with vitamin E cream external use in the treatment of senile vaginosis. Methods 187 cases patients with senile vaginosis were randomly divided into treatment group(97 cases)and control group(90 cases). Control group were treated with metronidazole tablets ,and treatment group were given the treatment of herbal lotion combined with vitamin E cream external use.Observed the clinical effect of 2 groups after a course of treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group (94.85%) was higher than that of control group(77.78%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Herbal lotion combined with vitamin E cream external use in the treatment of senile vaginosis can quickly improve the clinical symptoms, reduce adverse reactions, worthy of clinical application.%目的：观察中药洗剂联合维生素E乳外用治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效。方法将老年性阴道炎患者187例随机分为治疗组97例和对照组90例。对照组给予甲硝唑片治疗，治疗组给予中药洗剂及维生素E乳外用治疗，1个疗程结束后观察两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为94.85%高于对照组的77.78%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中药洗剂联合维生素E乳外用治疗老年性阴道炎，可快速改善患者的临床症状，减少不良反应，值得临床推广应用。
