米索前列醇在妇产科临床的应用

摘要

Objective To study of misoprostol in obstetrics and gynecology clinical application in the clinical effect of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods From July 2013 to July 2013 were 100 cases of postpartum hemorrhage patients as the research object, under the consent of the patients' informed consent were randomly divided into control group and the team all the 50 cases, control group treated with oxytocin, misoprostol treated group, compared two groups of patients clinical curative effect.Results After treatment with misoprostol group patients, were superior to control its third postpartum blood loss, labor time, statistically signifi cant difference (P<0.05),.the team patients after treatment with misoprostol, changes of systolic and diastolic blood pressure and the control group difference is small, there was no statistically signifi cant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of misoprostol in obstetrics and gynecology exactly the clinical effect of postpartum hemorrhage, can be used as the preferred scheme is extended.%目的：探讨米索前列醇在妇产科临床应用中对产后出血的疗效。方法选取我院2013年7月～2015年7月收治的100例对产后出血患者作为研究对象，在征得患者知情同意下分为对照组与研究组，各50例，对照组采取缩宫素治疗，研究组接受米索前列醇治疗，比较两组患者疗效。结果研究组患者经米索前列醇治疗后，其产后出血量、第三产程时间均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），研究组患者经米索前列醇治疗后，收缩压以及舒张压的变化情况与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），结论米索前列醇在妇产科临床应用中对产后出血的疗效确切，可以作为首选方案加以推广使用。
