目的：研究超声引导下手术与常规手术对妇科计划生育的影响。方法选择2014年7月～2015年6月来我院进行妇科计划生育手术的患者108例作为研究对象，将其分为实验组55例和参照组53例。参照组患者采取常规人工流产手术、节育环置入手术治疗，实验组患者在超声引导下进行手术。对两组患者手术时间、出血量和并发症发生情况进行对比。结果两组患者手术时间比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；实验组出血量和并发症发生率低于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；此外，实验组疼痛程度明显低于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论超声引导下手术对妇科计划生育的效果更好，能够减少患者的痛苦。%Objective To study the effect of ultrasound guided surgery and routine operation on the family planning.Methods Select July 2014 to June 2015 108 patients were admitted to hospital as an object of observation, divided into 53 cases of 55 cases of the experimental group and the reference group. Referring patients taking conventional abortion, IUD insertion surgery; surgery in the experimental group patients were under ultrasound guidance. Two groups of patients operative time, blood loss and complications were compared.Results The operation time difference between the experimental group and the reference group of patients with small (P>0.05);the amount of bleeding and complication rate is lower than the reference group (P<0.05); In addition, the degree of pain in the experimental group was signiifcantly lower than the reference group (P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided surgery comparison routine gynecological surgery better family planning can reduce the suffering of patients.
