出院随访对葡萄胎合并子宫肌瘤患者出院后进行心理干预的效果观察

摘要

目的：分析出院随访对葡萄胎合并子宫肌瘤患者出院后进行心理干预的效果。方法选取我院2013年7月～2015年8月收治的葡萄胎合并子宫肌瘤患者89例，按出院时间分为对照组与观察组，两组均开展出院随访，对照组给予出院随访时常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上增加心理干预。结果护理后，观察组SDS评分改善程度显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论出院随访时对葡萄胎合并子宫肌瘤患者出院后进行心理护理干预，可有效改善患者的抑郁状态，且提高患者对护理工作的满意度，值得临床推广。%Objective Analysis of post-discharge follow-up the patient was discharged on the mole psychological intervention effect.Methods 3 years in our hospital recently treated 89 cases of patients with hydatidiform mole,according to hospital discharge time is divided into a control group, the observation group,both groups carry out discharge follow-up, which when given usual care control group discharge follow-up, given the observation group to the control group based increase psychological intervention.Results SDS nursing observation group score the degree of improvement was signifi cantly better than the control group, the difference was signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patient was discharged after mole psychological care intervention discharge follow-up, which can effectively improve the patient's depression, and improve patient satisfaction with care, it is worth promoting.
